Shalotte firmly believes in the transformative power of successful design communication. For her, successful design has the ability to resonate with the soul of an organization, while simultaneously providing significant and tangible brand value. With a profound interest in the language of form, she constantly seeks new ways of seeing, new boundaries and fresh perspectives, aiming to design communication that is not only visually captivating but also emotionally engaging and thought-provoking.
Before establishing Zero-G Design, Shalotte held positions at renowned firms such as Deccan Chronicle, Turner Broadcasting (CNN/TNT) in the USA, JWT (now Wunderman Thompson), and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Her work has been showcased at the RISD Museum in Providence, Rhode Island, and the University Gallery at Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts, USA.
Shalotte is an alumna of the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD), USA, where she earned her Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree with Honors, and the National Institute of Design (NID) in Ahmedabad, India.
