The assignment was to communicate the need for amateur graphic designers to understand the power of their work. It is observed that often very young and talented designers fail to understand the business of design and give unnecessary and non-coherent solutions to the clients.
To give a nudge to the designers that they need to understand the value of their work, this poster was created as a satirical form of one of the most famous verses from the Bible: "Let there be light."
Since the poster is entirely humorous and conveys very clearly what is needed to be done, many designers were delighted and others were enlightened by the content and the usage of colours and typography.
