Bio:
A native of India, raised in the Kingdom of Bahrain, I have witnessed, and tirelessly devoted myself to capturing, the island’s evolving landscape. Over time... i have crafted a unique style and perfected an art for capturing varied moments, expressions and emotions. The ever changing and numerous faces of Bahrain have been evoked through images of its architecture, skylines, cityscapes and landscapes. My commitment to the art has seen me climbing up to the unfinished, uppermost floor of “Abraaj Al Lulu” to photograph downtown Bahrain for Progress Bahrain’s 2008-09 cover.I have also taken photographs wading chest-deep in the sea at Muharraq Port for the perfect image of a dhow for the Batelco Annual Report of 2009, and dodged deadly night time traffic on the Sheikh Khalifa Highway in order to capture the perfect long-exposure light trails. I continually indulges my love of photography whether in one-on-one portrait sessions, events and exhibitions or covering an assignment for a major project. I have worked on assignments in advertising, real estate, interior design, government and corporate exhibitions. Recent commissions include back-to-back editions in Progress Bahrain and custom documenting of the archives for An Exhibition of Legendary Pearls exhibit in Paris.Read More
