My approach was to create "on-site" collage/assemblages using photographic prints laminated on everyday objects. The objects were first photographed in the scene and then removed. Then the scene was photographed again. A large, mural sized print was made from that second image, cut into the shape of the object, and then laminated directly onto that that same object. The object was then brought back to the exact location, placed in the exact spot it was first photographed in, and then re-photographed at the same time of day within a week or two from the first time it was photographed.
