The assignment was to create a logo for a company. The goal was to come up with an expandable brand, starting and focusing first on the logo. With the bigger picture in mind, I got to work, understanding color palettes and pairings, as well as the exact barn shape I was chasing after. The type is a modern and chaotic- neutral typeface that can expand farther in the brand identity.

I drew lots and lots and lots of barns, this was the hardest part to nail down, but it's highly important cause this shape will cause the most retinal burn so I wanted to make something simple, but also using a unique twist. The headphones double as hay bails, and the blue doubles as sky, creating a nice scenic picture within itself.

The mark has a warm, welcoming first impression light on the eyes.
