InVision LABS introduced a free suite of tools for creative professionals called Craft, created to solve the challenges designers face designing the screens and digital products of tomorrow, while empowering them to accelerate their workflow using actionable data. Craft is a set of plugins for Photoshop and Sketch that let designers pull real data (content, images, names, and lots more) into their designs in real time. That way, designers can spend more time making good UI decisions and less time copy+pasting, making up fake names, and alt+tabbing between windows to pull images. Craft cuts down on the time spent creating elements to make screens look and feel real—names, images, filler text, etc.—and leverages the power of real data to provide depth and context, thus helping designers make better UI decisions.
