We created a brand pattern that was reminiscent of a lens used in a lighthouse. The colors in the pattern reflect the sun, sky, water & gardens of this development. We used it in all the collateral materials, both as a stand-alone pattern & also by combining it with the photography. The brochure was printed on a special iridescent metallic paper stock that emphasizes the qualities of refracted light. The word “Reimagine” is printed on the inside front cover, and the text pages are cut short so “Reimagine” becomes the first word of the headline on each inside spread. This is a clever way of repeating the key brand concept of “Reimagine Your Life”.
