ASSIGNMENT:
This assignment from Illustration 2 was centered around the seven deadly sins and the sin featured in this piece is lust. The goal was to capture the qualities linked to lust and portray it visually.

APPROACH:
Rather than focusing on the common sexual interpretations of lust, this illustration strives to capture the downward never-ending spiral of dissatisfaction that often occurs when lust is present. Each hand is reaching for the next hand, inferring that they are never satisfied and will continue to be dissatisfied. The reddened finger tips represent the urge and hunger in the their reach.

RESULTS:
Lust is portrayed in this illustration in a visually interesting and creative way while capturing the essence of the sin. This solution makes it relatable to all types of lust rather than focusing on one type.
