Jiffy Lube is famous for speedy oil changes. What a lot of people don't know are the many other services they offer. This ad was created to raise awareness of those other services.

Every car owner knows the feeling of their engine light turning on. That little voice inside their head quickly turns into a favorite curse word. Whether they scream it out loud or not, we all think it. So, for everyone that has ever reacted to any dashboard light with chagrin, this board reminds them that "this" can be fixed in a hurry. A.k..a., a Jiffy Lube.

Client goals were to create a reaction from the public. He wanted to know that his advertising wasn't being ignored, and his ad dollars weren't going to waste. After only one week of posting, he received more e-mails and phone calls than he had received in the previous quarter. This one small project turned into a full campaign for un/common consisting of outdoor, video and online advertising.
