The assignment here was to create dynamic, fresh imagery for a new hunting brand built around some of the harshest conditions hunters would face. We were also tasked with putting our subject into real-world scenarios, which often take hunters to extremely remote terrain.
Approach
With a very light crew, I was able to hike to a remote part of the wilderness in Aspen, Colorado to make this series of images. We set out on a cold, rainy day not only to mimic real world conditions, but also to show what the clothing could handle.
Results
What I walked away with is an extremely unique perspective on hunting wear in a dynamic landscape. The client was thrilled as this set of images broke the mold as compared to their previous creative.
