This was an editorial project shot for Distinction Magazine about Heritage Pork in Virginia.
Approach
I was hired to create a photo story on Heritage pork in Virginia. The assignment took me to a small hog farm and to a butcher where the meats are sold. This type of pork is raised on very small farms where the pigs roam the countryside on hundreds of acres of farmland.
