The assignment was to create a thesis project in any form using skills learned in university courses. My senior thesis became an exhibition proposal called The New Arms Race.
The approach started with researching physical and electronic publications, doing ethnographic research and competitor analyses of similar museums, conducting surveys and user research, creating personas, and rapid prototyping of floor plans and user paths. The design phase involved mood boards to develop and refine the visual approach from both military R&D documentation and pop culture.
The result was a 3D exhibition proposal made in Cinema 4D. Accompanying the floor plan is a motion graphic to be projected on a screen and an interactive game made from a game development program called Twine at the end of the exhibition.
