Incorporating the restaurant's story while improving the overall functionality of the menu.
The restaurant’s building was originally purchased solely to gain access to the waters of Potters Pond, an estuary, in Matunuck, Rhode Island. After years of successfully raising oysters in these waters, the building became what is now known as the farm's restaurant, the Matunuck Oyster Bar.
A brightly lit, floor to ceiling windowed restaurant with an outdoor patio situated on the waterfront of the Pond. A high volume farm-to-table with a reputation for having hour long waits and be at a 100% capacity from the minute they open to the minute they close.
