Since its inception over two years ago, First & First has operated quite successfully without a website. In some ways, the obscurity of the brand added to the lure of this growing company. First & First has quickly gained a reputation in the Twin Cities, reimagining commercial real-estate by taking historically significant sites and transforming them into inspired places of business, creativity and community. Fellow was enlisted to position and define the new First & First brand story through a variety of digital and traditional touch points.
Fellow approached the burgeoning creative real estate company's branding with simplicity in mind. A one color story was chosen to create intrigue and to emanate sophistication. First & First is also seen as a grand purveyor of fine art. Their new identity needed to be open to allow the building and the art inside to take center prominence.
