Wichita Brewing Company has a special seasonal beer called Mass Hysteria, which they typically launch around Halloween and promote throughout the fall/winter season. So, they wanted us to create a social video for them on a very limited budget to hype this “scary good” beer.
We played off the name of the beer and literally demonstrated how running out of Mass Hysteria beer can create mass hysteria. Since we didn’t have much of a budget to work with, we used our own employees in the spot and paid them with beer. Needless to say, everyone had a screaming good time.
Wichita Brewing Company appreciated the ear-catching humor, which definitely caught people’s attention and helped drive sales of this seasonal beer. We’re also happy to report that Mass Hysteria sold out in only a couple months.
