The Compass Entrepreneurial Principles embody our values, define our company's culture, and help guide everything that we do as a modern real estate company. The assignment was to create posters inspired by these principles, to be printed and installed in our regional offices.

The approach was to explore the visual language of the brand, as well as introduce new illustration styles and forms to create compelling posters that visually represent the Compass Entrepreneurship Principles.
