We were able to play with the recognizable McDonalds and Monopoly brand visuals, while also incorporating various iconography depicting fraud or deception to further the storytelling of the piece. There was concern of what Mcdonalds and Monopoly iconography we could use from a legal standpoint, which we resolved by creating our own iconography with clear inspiration from the brand logos. Since this far-reaching scam was relatively unknown to the general public, we used various copy lines to help convey the premise.
