To design a catalog cover that inspires future dreamers by showcasing a dreamscape that embodies SCAD, its history, and the successful alumni the university has helped propel forward in their careers
Approach
The in-house design team partnered with a SCAD alum to develop the vision for the cover design, which includes the symbols and objects placed thoughtfully throughout the cover. The gold foil on the logo and stars highlights the radiant feeling of dreams coming true.
Results
The enchanting cover of the SCAD catalog introduces the reader to the rich content featured inside, which includes academic degree programs, student resources, university locations, and student and alumni features. The cover and catalog have received positive reviews internally, from parents and students, and at various admission and PR conferences.
