The Festival was inspired on the concept of early music as a form of "travel" and "adventure" through centuries (Viaggi musicali da Matera al mondo = Musical journeys from Matera to the World): accordingly, our posters put together musical instruments and sea elements in various funny and evocative ways (ships, distant islands, strange creatures...)
