This poster series was created to promote the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago's Adaptive Sports Program and the RIC Hornets wheelchair basketball team.
Approach
The intent of the series was not only to promote the program, but also to challenge people's perceptions about what a person with disabilities is able to do. These guys are athletes first, and I wanted to feature them in that light.
Results
The series has generated a lot of positive press for the team and has made the players proud, which is the thing I most enjoyed about this project.
