The classic advertising quote goes, “The agency proposes, but the client disposes.” And it's true. An agency is nothing without great clients. We know it's your name on the line when it comes to putting our work out there. And the fact that so much of it gets out there as we planned it to, is testament to some very committed clients. And every year, we thank them for their collaboration, friendship, and even courage with something lovingly Touchwood-made. No gift certificates here. (Unless we can make one out of tin or wood. Hey, that's not a bad idea…)

This year, as a thank you to our wonderful, always-inspiring clients and friends, we wanted to be as direct and as clear as possible: You're the best. The tops. The one.

However (and it blows our mind to even contemplate this), you may actually encounter the rare occasion when others don't see you the same way that we do. That's where the enclosed comes in.

If you ever find yourself in a situation where you're being treated with anything less than deferential awe, from a disagreement among co-workers to a mugging, just point to it and any confusion will be over. Hold it high in a store, a restaurant, a parking lot, and you'll instantly command the special treatment you deserve.
