The aim was to compliment the Christmas to our customers,and to convey a message related to our work philosophy, in turn, make a promotional gift and grab their attention.

The gift was sent a mug with an attractive design, which served as support to publicize
the brand xose Teiga, studio. We plan the mailing in two shipments via regular mail.
In the first shipment, our clients received a box with a broken cup inside, supposedly as a
gift in which he congratulated Christmas.

Message 1: ". We send this mug as a gift to congratulate the new year beginning hope
that if you like, you send us an email to: studio@xoseteiga.com”
The next day, they came a second shipment with the cup in perfect condition and given
the message:
Message 2: "Breaking up is what makes us gain notoriety, you always have to take risks
to find new ideas 2016. Happy."

The goal was to capture their attention, and were publicly also contact us by any means. What happened is that all contacted saying they had arrived broken, blaming post, and regret.
