The cultural and geographical history of Croatia is reflected in the shapes and symbols of the Croatian logo, as well as the heart and spirit of the Croatian people. The redesigned tourism logo was inspired by traditional elemental tattoos, typically drawn on Croatians’ arms and legs. The classically shaped heart resembles a famous Croatian island. The circle, branches and dots are customary in tattooed artwork.
