The goal is to develop a corporate typeface of TIST, the brand coordination company. From the previous typeface, which is designed in straight lines, appropriate for the title, the new font is an advanced family typeface which is valuable for the text, based on the edges of the logo by adding a curve motif and improving the readability.
With the hidden charm of the edge while being faithful to the basics, TIST reveals clearer connectivity of the brand by embedding the corporate philosophy to add values, drawing upon graphic features of the logo, and developing it consistently in balance.By applying the end of stroke which is cut by the edge split at the quarter point, the 45-degree angle lending distinctiveness and dynamism, and harmonious geometric forms, the font completed the visual connectivity and stable flow aesthetically. This sophisticated but simple form delivers the understated beauty of TIST Typeface. Also, beyond the aesthetic quality, the readability and usability for various fields and media are secured.
