Posters without Borders group: Erin Wright, Antonio Castro and Eric Boelts are organizing invitational poster exhibitions. The title of this years exhibition is Civilitas. In the invitation, the subject is described e.g. as follows: Civil, is not something you are. Civil is something you do.
This is a call to you to participate in Posters Without Borders new exhibition — Civilitas. A select group of international designers will be invited to create a new poster that addresses the need for more civility in our world.

As a starting point (as a European) I took the motto of the French Revolution: Liberté, Égalité, Fraternité. My intention is to say that everyone has the same rights. The big ones have no more rights than the small ones. This might sound a little flat, but it is a most serious matter for us, the little ones and it seems to be a very topical issue once again.

This poster has been featured not only in the Posters without Borders exhibitions, but also in a few other exhibitions in Europe. I sincerely hope that the message of the poster would also have had an impact on the way people interact
