Hua Chenyu (HCY) is one of the most famous singers of young generation in China. This promotion project is designed for Hua Chenyu’s Mars Concert.
Approach
Hua Chenyu is well known as the Mars Boy because of his unique music style and singing skill; and Mars Concert is his symbol. I use orange and yellow to express the burning feeling. Bright color over darkness represent the special existence of Hua Chenyu like Mars in the universe. Red is his main representing color. So I use red for the magazine cover design and wood type posters design.
Results
I created the main poster for Hua Chenyu's Mars Concert; and concert ticket and wristbands in the series with the main poster. The Magazine cover design and the wood type posters are for Hua Chenyu's personal promotion for more people can get to know him and his concert, for instance, his personality, style, stories, his special connections with his fans.
