National Resources, a real estate and investment firm, asked Mermaid, Inc. to update the brand identity and collateral materials for the Glass House Townhome Collection, a new, modern townhome and condominium development located directly on the Hudson River.
For their Phase III brand positioning, we capitalized on the development’s direct waterfront location. We showcased the residences’ modern design and proximity to the Hudson River with a mesmerizing, vibrant blue video of water. This water video is used throughout the site to keep the development’s riverfront location & lifestyle top of mind. Also featured on the landing page of this site is a dramatic video featuring both drone & still photography of the development. We also used an innovative navigation system & animation style to reflect the development’s modern design.
This elegant new branding campaign elevates the profile of the Townhome Collection, and continues to establish the Glass House as an exciting new development on the Hudson Riverfront.
