We identified the quality of our clients as a driver of good quality design from our studio in Melbourne, Australia. We wanted to attract and connect with new design driven businesses and clients and ultimately convert them into new business.
We created a promotional pack that was sent to businesses we felt had high design integrity. A crucial element of this pack was this poster.
The key message was to communicate that good design is good business, though good design itself.
The design uses the familiar pie chart form but presents it in a new and unexpected way, deconstructed from it's usual form. It is a harmonious marriage of the language of business and design.
The ultimate outcome was to drive new clients to seek more information by contacting us or looking at our work on our website.
The results we overwhelming, with 1000% increase to website traffic. More recently, we have seen a shift in the client balance of the studio; we're delivering better quality work and higher business profits as a result. A few clients have even had it framed and placed in their office as a driver of good design practice in their company.
