The combination of different colors (in the heart) represents groups of people within the queer community (for example, rainbow colors represent the gay community, and baby blue, baby pink, and white represent the transgender community). Communities such as gay, transgender, lesbian, bisexual, and gender nonconforming communities are minority groups that also experience hate.
The diversity of color in the heart represents the many communities that are in solidarity against violence toward Asian Hate Crimes, promoting Love and not Hate,
The blood dripping into the white text is a reminder of the violent nature of hate crimes, as well as the deep hurt experienced by marginalized communities.
