South Yarra’s Jam Factory on Chapel is being transformed into a business, retail and entertainment precinct. Large parts of the building’s heritage will be preserved and when completed it will have office space, retail and a dining podium, an open-air plaza, a garden terrace and a cinema complex. Such a game changing precinct required a game changing brand to launch it to market.

The solution was a brand which signals a changing of the guard on Chapel Street. Jam Factory is Melbourne’s new creative frontier in an area that has traditionally been know for its cool factor. The brand brought this to life through a pioneering spirit with gritty yet sophisticated photography and slick graphics.
