Waterdiam needed our help translating more than 20 years of in-depth research and proven scientific data into a brand identity that’s relatable and ready for the masses. The Miami-based biotechnology company has a mission to revolutionize water through its proprietary technology that alters water at the molecular level. Launching with a rechargeable, smart water bottle, Waterdiam needed a new friendly and consumer-ready brand name and identity.
We built a brand strategy focused on their water technology and the health benefits it creates, going well beyond hydration. The new name Weo is a future-forward way to represent their product, augmented water or neo-water.
Hard science and high style, is the essence of the visual identity with a brandmark echoing a molecular structure and graphic elements that riff off of microscope slides and organic forms. Brand messaging is conversational and light-hearted, with the tech-speak toned down and scientific research linked to the real-life applications that anyone can understand.
