We were asked to create a TV commercial to support the Hyundai/ NFL Sponsorship that features the Miami Dolphins.
For the second year of our NFL sponsorship we wanted to drive home the fact that NFL fans are a passionate bunch that will do crazy things in the name of fandom. Which is fine with Hyundai, because we don’t judge. In this commercial, created to run during the NFL season, a man is faced with a dilemma: his wife has planned day out on their boat with the in-laws on Sunday. The very Sunday that his beloved Miami Dolphins are playing. How will this turn out? Here’s a hint: Don’t mess with this guy’s Sunday.
The response from viewers on social media has been overwhelming. In fact, no brand rejections or negative sentiment posts were discovered while monitoring the spots. The brand attribution is clear as well. Posts clearly show that our audience not only like the spots but they call it out specifically as Hyundai commercials.
