Design a brochure to establish the brand for 90 Columbus, a new Ironstate rental residence in Jersey City.
Approach
We took inspiration from the organic, nature-inspired design of the building’s interior designer Noé Duchaufour-Lawrance and the landscape designer, Bas Smets.
Results
A completely integrated leasing experience: where the building’s design and the marketing collateral harmoniously communicated the nature inspired sanctuary that future residents would call "home".
