Assignment:Reunert is a leading South African company in the services, electronics and electrical engineering sectors, supplying value-added products, services, solutions and systems to local and international markets. Reunert wished to modernise its annual integrated report in line with the market positioning of its various businesses in 2012.
Approach:The theme this year was “a single-minded focus on growing value through people and products”, and this was clearly conveyed by the modern, clean design, with strong photographic elements.
Graphic elements and shapes were used to create a clean, more informal, more hi-tech look and feel. The judicious use of white space makes the report readable and visually accessible to all stakeholders.
Results:Reunert’s 2012 annual report, their second integrated report, was well received by both analysts and shareholders who felt that it provided a meaningful and comprehensive overview of the group, and that the information was easily accessible.
