The execution of the poster started from some basic premises, such as the mandatory presence of the Porto Design Biennale brand, as well as its designation and the year of the edition.
Based on these assumptions, the inspirational basis was centered on a series of posters developed by some of the references in Italian design in the 70s and 80s, all of them with a typographic element or not, predominantly.
The graphic base of the poster is based on the list of objects present in the exhibition. Lettera typography, used for the design of the poster, is a digital reinterpretation of the typewriter used in Olivetti's Lettera typewriter, also present in the exhibition.
