The Bray, a master-planned community in Birmingham, honors the area’s mining heritage and industrial roots with historically inspired architectural designs. Tatum Design was engaged to create brand the new live, work & play development.
Approach
The brand mark is a creative homage to the area’s industrial heritage – a mining axe intersects a “B,” reinforcing the township’s name and unique story.
Results
The client and future residents are proud and pleased with the brand. Pre-construction sales have far passed the projections for the first year. The brand has also been instrumental in securing sought-after retailers for the development.
