The goal of this project was to redesign the logo for the Seattle Pinball Museum which is a arcade and entertainment center that features a massive collection of classic and modern pinball games. The Pinball Museum promotes the history and legacy of pinball machines in America.
Approach
For this logo, I chose to create a mark that steers away from the arcade feel of the original logo, and hones in on a little bit more on the museum aspect. I chose to make it an illustration of an ornamental picture frame that houses the different parts of a pinball machine.
Results
The identity concepts successfully plays off the idea of combining the frame of a piece of art with pinball parts. Thus, elevating the pinball machine to a piece of art.
