This poster series was created for a class called Cross-Cultural Design where we learned how research and understanding other cultures can create work that breaks the international barrier. The topic that we had to research was climate change and how it specifically affects China then create a poster series that represented this topic.
Through my research on China's climate change I was really interested to find how in more recent years the purchasing of fast fashion has really accelerated. With this information I applied how much water it takes to make one T-shirt, how large scale construction causes soil loss and how many harmful particles are in the air rather than what is needed to breathe to stay alive. In conclusion, no matter where you are in the world we take our resources for granted and we don't show signs of stopping in order to help our climates.

Overall the idea behind this poster series was executed in the simplest form. Both Chinese and non-Chinese viewers should have a better understanding that if we don't make a change in our purchasing habits our climates will continue to decline.
