Books at Work is an innovative and proven program to drive inclusion, collaboration, and organizational culture. After several years, the company owners struggled to make the name and perception define the total value of what they bring to organizations. Conjure was engaged in developing a new name, brand, and messaging for the company.
They guide small groups through a professionally facilitated discussion of a short story—selected for specific narratives and characters—to elicit diverse perspectives, develop mutual trust and respect, and enhance collaboration and creativity. In our discussion, it was clear that these experiences provided a reflection point. A view of the whole through a more empathic frame.
Existing and potential clients have well-accepted the name and brand. The design is clean and confident, informal and engaging—the biggest challenge for any company in this space is to get people to suspend their disbelief and fully interact.
