The student had to develop a new packaging for a high quality and fair trade dark chocolate from Ecuador for a very small German start up Company. Development of a logo, naming and creation of the different varieties had to be translated into design.
Approach
Linh Do wanted to create a look and feel that appealed mostly to a male target group. The packaging was suppose to look very designed and modern. The name 70plus is based on the cocoa percentage that is used in the recipe of the chocolate. And every chocolate weighs 70 grams. The students used sustainable paper to underline the fair trade character.
Results
The design was chosen by the start up company and will be translated into production in the near future.
