The famous quote from Macbeth—Fair is foul and foul is fair—is one of the many themes of the play, stating that there is ugliness in beauty and vice versa.

Approach

The first part of the theme depicts the ugliness by the harsh and rigid lines added to the font, whereas the other part is subdued, hidden yet is the greater lesson in life.
