We set out to launch a landmark of luxury that would change the way South Mumbai lives.
The challenge was to evoke the world-class lifestyle being played out at Mumbai's finest private park. So we developed a campaign that brought alive the magic of each and every moment at The Park. Adding to that, we used a world-class face that fit the bill - Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.
We ended up creating history. It was India's most successful real estate launch, with over Rs.11,000 crore worth of applications.
