We were asked to choose an existing social media company that we felt was struggling with their identity and style as a whole. We were challenged with the task of redesigning the logo, as well as extending the redesign onto other platforms. I chose to redesign a mobile app company called Black Book. They're an insider’s guide to where style and substance intersect in popular culture. They provide sophisticated, relevant and visually stunningly takes on restaurants, travel, fashion and the arts. Black Book started off as a quarterly publication in 1996, and has expanded into a culture magazine.
