McGregor Square is a new mixed-use development from the ownership of the Colorado Rockies. The components of the development are offices, condominiums, a hotel, retail shops, and restaurants.
Milepost Zero is the food hall at McGregor Square. We created the name, brand identity, merchandise, and signage to bring together this unique space. In our early research, we found out that the location was the original center of Denver – Milepost Zero. The food hall opens with large folding doors onto McGregor Square’s main plaza. It includes five different restaurants, common seating, a bar and a pour your own beer and wine wall.
