SuccessWorks is the world-class career development resource at the College of Letters & Science on the campus of the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Our assignment was to build awareness and confidence in the value of SuccessWorks with families of new or incoming students at the College of Letters & Science.

We chose to create a compelling, large-format “look book” to be delivered with a letter from the Dean welcoming students to the College. The book defined the program and its inherent value in the tangible connections facilitated at SuccessWorks: alumni networks, employers, internships, career guidance and job opportunities.

Since launching SuccessWorks, acceptance of the career initiative by faculty, administration, the business community, and students enrolled in the College has grown at a phenomenal rate. The documented success stories resulting from growth in utilization of this resource uniquely position this program among public universities in the United States.
