The Fat Company are a Swiss start up company creating innovative food products. Their brand, SÖS comprises of three ready-to-use gourmet sauces. Curry, Mushroom and Braten – a traditional roast flavored sauce.
The liquid sauces are enclosed within sachets and as such require an outer package to hold them so they can be displayed upright on the supermarket shelf.

The solution features an outer package with a die-cut window across one side and part of the back panel to allow consumers the opportunity to view the rich colours of the product. Feet are incorporated into the structure to ensure the package stands independently.
A tablespoon of sauce featuring cameo images of the complex flavour profiles for each one are delicately rested on and into the sauce as it gently pours into the SÖS logo, which utilizes the Ö as a top view of a saucepan to demonstrate both the action and simplicity of how to prepare and use the sauce.
The combination of a classic photographic style, Swiss influenced typography and a color palette to complement each of the sauces embodies SÖS’s spirit of intelligent cooking with great taste and simplicity.

The client has said he is very happy with the final product and sales are exceeding expectations.
