The assignment was to create a brand mark for the Hummingbird food company, Sevenity. The brand aims to promote a serenity experience between people who appreciate the beauty of nature and hummingbirds. The seven comes from the brand’s seven principles which includes attracting hummingbirds responsibly and using only natural ingredients.
My approach is to combine the number seven and a hummingbird. The logo morphs the two by using the counter space of the seven to fit the hummingbird inside the form.
The result is a simple and conceptual logo that successfully communicates Sevenity’s identity.
