I used typography and colors that can match LA Opera and its surrounding environment. Avenir Next is the new primary font for LA Opera. It is legible and flexible at any size and any media. Avenir Next also matches the modern and fresh style of LA Opera. The color palette of LA Opera not only represents the youthful spirit of the LA Opera but also features the fresh style and diversity of Los Angeles. The primary color is LA OPERA orange. The three supporting colors represent the other main initiatives of the LA Opera: Off Grand, Connects, and On Now. This set of related colors is used, as needed, in all LA Opera communications materials.
