Both Viola Bella Pantuso and myself we're inspired by the interview of artist Françoise Gilot by Charlie Rose which took place on 02/13/1998. During that interview, she describes her favorite place in London as being The Royal Botanic Gardens KEW. We both searched for a place inside the Gardens and settled upon King William's Temple. Then, I asked Viola to pay tribute to the artist genius of Françoise Gilot — a woman of immense talent, character and history. The image was taken while Viola was in her Senior year at The Royal Ballet School. Today, she is a member of the Royal Ballet Company.
