1221 Van is a Washington DC rental within view of the city’s baseball stadium. Our client wanted us to speak to a diverse and social demographic that flowed into the upcoming amenity-rich and hip neighborhood.
We produced and shot real people in the D.C. area, including those visiting the stadium on game day. Every single person was featured in our campaign intermingling with bold statement driven copy. Internally, the brochure combines building renderings, neighborhood and interior photography with stock images.
The resulting campaign is fresh, playful and welcoming and garnered a good amount of social media hits due to our social engagement with real people.
